Grant Funding

The Buchanan County Health Trust Board of Directors review requests for funding in December and July. Applications are due by November 15th for December review, and June 15th for July Review.

The Buchanan County Health Trust is a nonprofit organization exclusively for charitable, education, and scientific purposes which benefit or support the medical and health care for persons within Buchanan County, including the making of distributions to the organizations that qualify as exempt organizations.

Applications for funding from the Buchanan County Health Trust must meet all of the following requirements. Please complete the application form below and include all required supporting documentation to ensure your request is considered.

Applicants must be a non-profit or charitable health or health-related organization serving a broad membership of Buchanan County Resident
